THIS WEEKENDS FREE WORKOUT WILL BE HELD SATURDAY AT CROSSFIT CHARLOTTE AT 9AM. BRING FRIENDS, FAMILY, NEIGHBORS AND/OR CO-WORKERS AND GET YOUR WEEKEND STARTED OFF RIGHT.
