Strength or endurance bias programs can be done any time at CrossFit Charlotte. Have your own program or Coach A will help you with one.

I’m tired. Bill – thanks for help with form – easier when you do it in one move versus three….Hales – I do believe we may have been hit one or two times too many with the old helmet…

Hey all, wish I had a bar to use here in the Netherlands. My Bro just got kettlebells so we have been using those the last couple of days. Looking forward to getting my ass kicked by the wod’s and you guys when I get back.
