Strength or endurance bias programs can be done any time at CrossFit Charlotte. Have your own program or Coach A will help you with one.

Every Saturday at 10 am. there will be competition style WOD's for those who want to be ready for next years open, sectionals and CrossFit games.

I must admit that I am sure I did not get my rep counts right. My head was spinning and I was talking myself out of tapping out from the start of round 2 on. Thats what 2 weeks worth of excuse making will get you.
