Strength or endurance bias programs can be done any time at CrossFit Charlotte. Have your own program or Coach A will help you with one.

Andy shouldn’t have time to sit around think these things up. 28:25 2 pod kettlebell and the box jumps needed new math to keep up with. Thanks Coach. Enjoyed it, been a long time since I actually sat down twice during a workout.
