		<description>Marine Corps Challenge was terrific - thanks to everyone who participated.   

Next events are a Mud Run at Belmont Abbey on August 2nd (http://www.carolinamarines.org/seriesHome.html)  and a on September 20th the 15th annual Marine Mud Run at Fort Jackson in Columbia  (http://www.usmcmudrun.org)
It is advisable to sign up early for the Ft Jackson run, as starting times are based on registration and the course gets hot and pretty torn up throughout the day.  Let Mike M know if you want to participate.</description>

The Black team (Coach A, Andee, Mike M., New Bill) knocked off the Green team (Wild Bill, Mike Rose, Amelia, Matt D) and we made alot of noise for CrossFit with the locals.  Mud Run is coming up this fall so lets put some teams together -</description>
