Saturday morning ride (20 miles) will start at 6:30am and the WOD at 8am. CoachA and Amanda will lead the ride. We will average 18 miles/hour.

Compared to yesterday? _Much_ better. I’m still rough though. Couple new symptoms so I’m going into my primary care this afternoon.
