    Congrats to CrossFitter RJ Blanton. He won the high jump and was a member of a meet record relay team at the Queen City Relays today at MP. Way to go RJ!!

    Ben, standard sub for a row is 1 SDHP w/45 bar for 10 Meters. Granted that doesn’t give ya calories, but it’s a more similar movement than jump pull-up. Ya probably know this already, but thought I’d mention it.
