- 15 Back Extensions (use dumbell)
- 15 Abmat Sit-ups (use dumbell)
- 50′ Lunge Press Left Arm

Andy, try this 3 rounds of clean into push press into front squats. 2 min. rest between rounds. then row 100 250 500 25 0 100 with 30 secs. in between. Enjoy. Go fairly heavy on the lifts.

200 lbs.
Tried 205 three times. I know I have it in me, I was just too shy about getting under the bar and keeping it over my hips.
