Marine Fitness Challenge on May 3rd
Matt D and I participated in the first Marine Fitness event, which was for two man teams. It was a good time and a well run event. The second event, described below, is going to be at the National Whitewater Center on May 3rd, and is for 4 man teams. The event is a fitness challenge that will incorporate running, mountain biking, rock climbing, ropes course, PT and whitewater rafting.
We would like to put together a few teams to reprsent CrossFit Charlotte. If you are intersted, let Andy know, or e-mail Mike McGarry at mike@lexingtonllc.com.
Mike
