CFC WOD
- 7 Pull-ups
- 7 Thrusters 75lbs.
- 7 Burpees

doing this one at 6pm, excited but still sore from the running and sqauts day…
This was the hardest workout that I have ever done. I had the ridiculous time of 57 minutes and something. I didn’t even look. Eva T, you are not my friend anymore.
This one was hard! 54:57. My last 800 m run was not pretty.
