I did Sunday’s workout. 50 lb dumbell TGU. 25 lb dumbells on the man-makers. 165 lbs on the dead lift. However I had to workout at a globogym and forgot my watch. I think it was in the 25-30 range but I have no idea. And that’s with stopping to explain the right way to do a man-maker.
