With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Video Update – A Weekend With Coach

Well, I finally moved the video list to it’s own page. The past three days HQ has feature our own Coach A in the video of the day. They must think he’s entertaining on video or something. ;-) Watch the videos, I don’t know if I’ve ever seen videos that Tony has taken so much time with the editing. Cuts, splices, inserting video in the middle of the workouts, picture-in-picture. But I think the work was worth it, they really turned out nice.

In part 1, watch Coach go head-to-head against his daughter, Andee. Part 2, shows Coach putting his money where his mouth is, challenging a record Christine set by Patrick from HQ. And last, a three way match featuring wallball specials. 2-for-1 wallballs–where you do an extra squat while the ball is in the air–and GHD wallballs.
