    so tiring, hspu’s on wall were hard, and it made the thrusters harder. I dont know how OPT did it in 7 min…

    23:34 as rx’d. HSPU’s took forever, but I made myself get every last one. Proud of this. My deadlifts were fairly steady. pull-ups unbroken. Thrusters, 1 break each round.

    Intense workout. Congrats to those who did the wall HSPU. Doing them off the box was enough for me and really effected my thrusters.
