Mike I hope your foot heals up - 20 lb vest and an offroad 5K couldn’t have been good for it but I never heard you complain. That’s tough man. You can still come in for some pullups though right?

Ben! What the *@#?! Too much noise! Next time knock a hole in the floor and see if they like that! Matt, Ben is the one who typed good job but I totally agree! That’s amazing and I wish I could have seen it.
