    3:55 PR by almost a minute!
    Still my favorite workout.

    Then 4 tries at 1RM of Clean & Jerk, 155, 175, 185(PR), 195(fail).

    Thanks Amelia! We had a great time and there was alot of positive CrossFit recognition among the Marines there.

    Mike I hope your foot heals up – 20 lb vest and an offroad 5K couldn’t have been good for it but I never heard you complain. That’s tough man. You can still come in for some pullups though right?

    could have done it faster, but I was forced to bring the weight down so I wouldnt cause “too much noise in the weight room”…

    also maxed on C&J: 175/185/195×2(got the clean, missed the jerk)

    Ben! What the *@#?! Too much noise! Next time knock a hole in the floor and see if they like that! Matt, Ben is the one who typed good job but I totally agree! That’s amazing and I wish I could have seen it.
