As I’m sure everyone knows, the certification was a great success two weeks ago. The CrossFit film crew showed up a day before the certification and I don’t think they stopped filming until late Sunday night. They taped the cert itself, workouts, and interviews. Tony & Patrick really put together some quality videos. Pretty much any current video you see on the HQ site is the work of these guys.
Anyway…. One of the local celebrities interviewed is none other than our own Coach Hendel. A link to the first part of his interview is posted in the bottom right sidebar. Also an instructional video that was filmed at the cert, and Coach’s 95lbx76 OHS record.
Also, Eva T (Olympic Alpine Skier) has released a 2008 calendar. She is an avid CrossFitter and CrossFit promoter. So we’re doing everything we can to help her out as well. If you’re interested in picking up her calendar, the link is on the bottom left.
