I’m sure most everyone on here knows, but for our newer clients:
CrossFit has a series of benchmark workouts. The original ones were all given girl’s names: “Fran,” “Linda,” “Helen,” etc.
Starting in 2005, CrossFit HQ also started putting out “Hero” workouts. Named in honor of service men who gave everything for their country. “Badger” is the newest of these.
I won’t be in today, but I’ll be doing this one tomorrow.
