  • Push press 5x
  • Front squat 5x

    30,35,40,45,50,55 lbs

    For the 55 my cleans and press were broken into 3 reps and 2 reps.

    Fell apart on my row. 1:46. Gonna have to start doing some 500 M for time after WODs.
