Strength or endurance bias programs can be done any time at CrossFit Charlotte. Have your own program or Coach A will help you with one.
Make up a workout, have your own? Just let Coach A know what your doing.
BREAKOUT SESSIONS
Every Saturday at 10 am. there will be competition style WOD's for those who want to be ready for next years open, sectionals and CrossFit games.

Bobby,
Right now images aren’t allowed in any comments. It’s somewhat of a risk to allow unregistered text comments, but if we allowed images, than anyone looking for a cheap thrill could post some images that I’m sure we’d all rather not see.
If ya give the image to Coach, he may post it. And if there’s enough interest for people to post their own images, I’ll talk it over with Coach and see what we can arrange.
