LOL, I remember that workout–which I lovingly refer to as “Ben’s Folly.” Thanks, Ben!

12 dead lift (145lbs)
12 pull ups
12 parallette pushups
12 slam balls (20 lbs)

12 Rounds.

I think that was it. There may have been one more exercise in there, but I don’t believe so.
