I debated doing this one at Peak Fitness today since I can’t make tonight. But since I’ve never done one arm lifts with Coach, I thought I’d do something else.
So I picked Cindy, HQ had that one up earlier in the week. I managed 19 rounds in 20 minutes. But I felt like I left some of it in the locker room. I think I’ll be able to get another 2-4 rounds fairly easily. Never having done this one, I set the wrong pace for myself.
Finished with a slow, easy 1 mile jog.
