Every Saturday at 10 am. there will be competition style WOD's for those who want to be ready for next years open, sectionals and CrossFit games.

Hi Coach! A big hello to the Crossfit Charlotte family from Europe! Thanks for posting the WODs in a simple format. I’m able to download them very quickly to my PDA and am always able to do some form of it wherever I am. Feeling great, keeping it up, spreading the gospel of Crossfit among the nations!
