Strength or endurance bias programs can be done any time at CrossFit Charlotte. Have your own program or Coach A will help you with one.

Every Saturday at 10 am. there will be competition style WOD's for those who want to be ready for next years open, sectionals and CrossFit games.

Subed Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls for rowing (45 lbs, 25 reps).
115 lbs bench press (3/4 body wt)
reps on bench: 20, 15, 15, 12, 12 all done w/o spotter, so I tried to be safe.
