Strength or endurance bias programs can be done any time at CrossFit Charlotte. Have your own program or Coach A will help you with one.
Make up a workout, have your own? Just let Coach A know what your doing.
Every Saturday at 10 am. there will be competition style WOD's for those who want to be ready for next years open, sectionals and CrossFit games.

Sub’d inclinded back extensions, used a 10 lb plate for the first 25 extensions. Ran .5 mile on the treadmill.
Time: Somewhere around 23 to 25 minutes I think. Forgot to check the wall clock when I started. Tried to guesstimate based on my time for subsequent rounds.
