Andy:

Have you thought about working out a deal with one of the uptown gyms (Core, Crown, etc.) to do Crossfit training in their space? The uptown day crowd is full of busy, driven, type-A folks with money for gym memberships but not enough time for less-than-efficient workouts lasting more than 20 or 30 minutes. (I’m one of them–an overworked lawyer researching ways to squeeze in some fitness.) I never heard of Crossfit before today, but the promise of maximum fitness benefit in minimum time is appealing. As someone who leaves for work at 6:00 am and gets home around 8:15 Monday through Friday (with a wife and kids), I’m not interested in a gym I have to drive to, nor are most of the uptown bankers, etc., that I know–it’s all about time. Just a thought.
